Sinan Insaat Tic. Inc. LTD. STI places great importance on the privacy and security of personal data shared by our customers with our company. We respect the confidentiality of private life, personal fundamental rights, and comply with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), which is enacted to protect personal data and freedoms. We would like to provide you with information on this matter.
1- Definition of Personal Data
Personal data can be defined as any information that is suitable for identifying individuals. In this context, personal information such as name, surname, telephone number, and license plate received within the scope of our loyalty programs are considered as personal data, which also include the person's family, social and economic information.

Your personal data, can be processed by our Company and through its appointed service providers or business partners for its intended purpose as follows;

3- Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is collected through written, verbal, or electronic media on platforms such as our Company, our subsidiaries, our dealers, our solution partners with whom we have a contractual relationship, or through the SMS channel of our customers or online, in accordance with the provisions of the Law.
Carrying out our activities within the scope of Positive Card and other Loyalty Programs in accordance with the relevant legislation, fulfilling our obligations according to said legislation, and providing services related to Positive Card and similar loyalty programs.
Pursuant to Article 5/2(a) and (c) of the Law, and for the purposes of delivering it to you, performing the contract, and other purposes listed in Article 2 of Law m, the data is processed in a way that does not infringe upon your fundamental rights and freedoms, provided that you have given your express consent in accordance with Article 5/1.
Personal data processed by our company are used only for processing purposes and are kept for the period stipulated by the relevant legislation.
4- Storage of Personal Data, To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your personal data that has been processed may be transmitted, in accordance with the aforementioned purposes and legal reasons, to our Company, our major shareholders and group companies, our domestic affiliates or our solution partners with whom we have contractual relationships, and only as authorized by the Law. This information shall be transmitted in accordance with the stated purposes and legal reasons, taking administrative and technical measures in accordance with the Law.
5- Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the purposes specified in the second part of the Information Text. Once the purpose of processing your personal data has been fulfilled, or once the relevant legislation’s storage period has been completed, our company will delete, restrict access to, destroy, or anonymize it.
6- Rights of the Owner of Personal Data Enumerated in Article 11 of the Law
In the Law, the rights of personal data owners are summarized as follows:
Information about whether personal data is processed or not,
If personal data has been processed, right of requesting information about it,
Information about the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
Information about the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at domestic or abroad,
Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant legislation, in the event that the reasons requiring processing disappear he can Request the deletion or destruction of personal data and the notification of the third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
Right to objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, can request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
